Erin Rogers possesses strong customer service, sales, and marketing talents. Utilizing her talents in the residential real estate field has allowed her to guide over 50 families through the home purchasing and selling journey.

She started her real estate career with Keller Williams Keystone Realty in 2019. Prior to real estate, Erin managed an event planning and sales staff for National Conference Service, Inc located in Columbia, MD. Her responsibilities included hiring, training, and managing new talent. Erin was responsible for 1/3 of the overall company revenue from 2006-2009. Her team planned, sold, and executed 150 one day events in the United States, Germany, England, and Italy.

Erin earned her real estate license while working for Investment Real Estate, LLC, a commercial real estate firm in York, PA. She played an integral role in daily operations by making travel arrangements, planning meetings, greeting guests, answering phones, managing office supplies, and all event preparations. She was also involved in organizing listing files, due diligence documents, and site plans.

Mrs. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a member of the Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties. The President of the North Hopewell Winterstown Elementary School. She currently resides in New Freedom, PA with her husband of 20 years, 3 sons, and 1 adorable dog.
